PLAYER REGISTRATION
A team can roster 3 to 5 players – Players may only play on one team per Division. A Player
can play up, but not down. A Roster with all player’s names and date of Births will be submitted at check in
with the liability waivers. These must be turned in to play.

DIVISIONS
5 divisions: U12, U14, HS, Adult. Each division (except Adults) will have 2 sub-divisions: a boy’s and
a girl’s. Co-ed teams are allowed and must play in the boy’s sub-division.

NO OFFSIDES!

NO SLIDE TACKLING

NO GOALKEEPERS!

SUBSTITUTION
On the fly but only during a dead ball situation & must be called onto the field by the referee.

GOAL BOX
The goal box is directly in front of the goal.
There is no ball contact allowed within the goal box, however, any player may pass through the goal box.
If a player from the defending team touches the ball inside of his own goal box, the offensive team will be
awarded a penalty kick.
If the ball comes to rest in the goal box, a goal kick is awarded regardless of who touched the ball last.
Five-yard rule: Defending players must keep 5 yards distance from the ball on all kick-ins, free kicks, and goal
kicks.

KICK-INS
The ball shall be kicked into play from the sideline, rather than thrown in. The ball is considered in
play when the ball is touched and changes position. This is an indirect kick, and a goal cannot be scored from
this kick.

DIRECT AND IN-DIRECT KICKS
All dead-ball kicks (kick-ins, kick-offs, free kicks) are indirect with the exception of
corner kicks, hand balls and penalty kicks. Indirect kicks must only change position before the ball will be
considered in play. If a free kick is awarded within five yards of the opposing goal box, the ball will be moved
back to five yards from the box. It is the referee’s discretion where the ball will be placed.

PENALTY KICKS
Shall be awarded if, in the referee’s opinion, a scoring opportunity was nullified by the
infraction. It is a direct kick taken from the top of the center circle (15ft. line) on the offensive side of the
midfield line with all other players behind the midfield line. If a goal is not scored, the defense obtains
possession with a goal kick. Penalty kicks are not live balls.

GAME DURATION
20-minute running clock.

POINTS AND TIE-BREAKERS
3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss. A forfeited game is scored as a 3-0 win for the team
present and minus 1 point for the team who forfeited.
In pool play, a tie in points between two or more teams will be broken by:
1. head to head results between the tied teams
2. goal difference in head to head games
3. goal difference in pool play games
4. goals scored
5. coin flip
*Games during the playoffs rounds that are tied will be decided with 3 penalty tries per team.
